Project Overview

Genetrix is a branding project created as part of my studies for a real early-stage med-tech company. The project focused on building a clear, trustworthy visual identity for a groundbreaking maternal health product designed to empower women during advanced pregnancy. The work was completed over a period of just over one month and included the full branding process from concept to final brand guidelines.

Branding

The Genetrix brand was designed to communicate trust, care, and empowerment within a medical context. The visual identity balances medical professionalism with emotional sensitivity, reflecting the brand’s mission to redefine maternal health through innovation, confidence, and accessibility. The branding system is calm, minimal, and intentional, supporting both credibility and human connection.

The Logo

The Genetrix logo is typographic and minimal, designed to feel clear and trustworthy. The letter “i” is replaced with a Celtic motherhood knot, symbolizing motherhood, continuity, and protection. This subtle graphic element adds emotional meaning while maintaining readability and a clean, modern structure.

Color Palette

The color palette is built around muted purples, soft greens, and neutral tones. Together, they convey care, balance, and reliability while creating a calm visual environment suited for medical and maternal contexts.

Typography
